Deal and premium disclaimer

The Deal Analyser and Premium Deal Desk are indicative screening tools only. They are not valuations, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, planning advice, building advice or lending decisions.

All property figures require independent verification, including title, planning, legal pack, market comparables, QS pricing, finance terms, tax position, construction programme and sale/rental assumptions.

Privacy notice

We collect contact details and enquiry information submitted through forms so we can respond to your enquiry, premium access request or deal review request. Where you submit a Deal Analyser summary, we use that information only to review and respond to your request.

We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier, subject to legal or business-record obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent by emailing us with the subject line “Data Rights Request”.

We do not sell your personal data. We may use service providers such as Netlify to host the website and process submitted forms.
